Bio-hacking is a holistic health approach, which addresses human biology and helps a person make themselves healthier, more energetic, and more focused.

This approach combines knowledge from many areas for one purpose: to bring our body's health to an optimal state and maximize its capabilities - a strong immune system, fewer viruses and diseases, a balanced microbiome, improved body performance, optimal memory.

The basic premise of bio-hacking is that every action we take and everything we put into our body, from food, supplements, cigarettes, etc. - significantly affects our feelings, our physical and mental health. Second - to wisely utilize the maximum biological and technological resources available to us, for the benefit of optimal human existence.

Bio-hacking combines biology and hacking. Underlying the approach is the idea of ​​cracking our body's activation code '. Just as hackers crack the operating code of various computer systems in order to gain access to the information contained in them, so through bio-hacking we can gather the information that will allow us to develop and improve our DNA, to reach the best version of ourselves, to get the most out of our bodies Productivity and improve health, clarity of thought and cognition, energy level and all bodily functions. The information can be collected by means such as blood tests or other medical tests.

Bio-hacking is a kind of large and comprehensive system, designed to monitor all aspects of our (physical) organism. Starting with the food we eat, the music we listen to, the physical activity we perform, the work we engage in, the social activities in which we participate, the geographical location in which we live, and more. All of these are factors that affect our health, our behavior, and our overall performance.

Therefore, the insights we can gain through bio-hacking can bring about far-reaching changes in all areas of our lives - in every detail of our daily routine, small and large.

The idea, as with everything - to crack our DNA correctly and persevere in the new path we have chosen.

As mentioned, bio-hacking can be reflected in any area of ​​our daily routine and since the method also allows for self-work, it is worth using as many means as possible, technological and biological, that are available to us and improve our daily functioning: mental-cognitive and physical:

1. Perform medical examinations - medical tests ranging from blood tests or allergy tests to gene tests to find positive effects of any gene.

2. Adherence to a balanced and personalized diet - avoiding allergenic foods that cause sensitivities, processed foods, sugar - which has been found in research as an addictive substance associated with many of the common diseases nowadays (dementia, diabetes, Parkinson's, and more).

3. Taking supplements that are adapted to our biology and personal microbiome, supplements to improve cognitive and physical skills, relieve stress, reduce fatigue, increase energy, and more.

4. Exercising and avoiding prolonged sitting that causes chronic pain, injuries, and poor posture. It is important to exercise even in simple daily activities such as preferring stairs over an elevator, walking over driving a car, etc.
